PAULA K. GOLDMAN, ESQ. Ms. Goldman joined GRAYSON & KUBLI, P.C. as an associate in 2007 after spending over a decade working in-house as counsel to technology firms serving commercial, federal, higher education, and public sector markets. Most recently, she was General Counsel for Gelco Information Network, Inc., a company specializing in outsourced business services related to travel and expense management. Prior to that she was Senior Regional Counsel for PeopleSoft, Inc.’s Education and Government division, and General Counsel for Digicon Corporation. Ms. Goldman’s in-house career was preceded by 5 years as an associate at Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis, where she worked with the litigation, administrative law, and government contract groups. Ms. Goldman was selected as Employee of the Year at Gelco and the legal team she led at PeopleSoft received numerous awards for their productivity and dedication to excellence. She was a speaker at the 2006 Association of Corporate Counsel’s annual conference. Ms. Goldman received her Juris Doctor degree from The National Law Center at George Washington University in 1989. She also earned an M.S. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1986, and an A.B. from Cornell University in 1985.
