Introduction GRAYSON & KUBLI, P.C. was founded in 1991, when Alan M. Grayson decided that he wanted to give his clients personalized service, at a better price.  Mr. Grayson honed his government contracts skills at a prominent Washington, D.C. law firm, but he decided that the best way to implement his vision was to start his own "boutique" firm. Victor A. Kubli decided that he would rather focus on client service instead of billable hours, so he left another prominent law firm in 1995, and joined Mr. Grayson.  Mr. Kubli is also an experienced government contracts attorney, whose capabilities cover a wide spectrum.  Over the years Alan and Victor have recruited other government contract attorneys, and have built a practice concentrating on government contracts law. GRAYSON & KUBLI, P.C. offers large firm expertise with small firm attention.
