VICTOR A. KUBLI, ESQ.
Mr. Kubli joined GRAYSON & KUBLI, P.C. in 1995. Prior
to that Mr. Kubli was an associate at a Rockville, Maryland firm specializing
in government contracts litigation.
Mr. Kubli received his Juris Doctorate from Yeshiva
University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1993, Law Review (top 10%).
He was awarded a B.S. from the University of Maryland in 1990.
Mr. Kubli was honored as a "Finalist, Trial Lawyer
of the Year 2006," by Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He has lectured
and published on the topic of the Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam (whistleblower)
actions.
He is admitted to the bars of the State of Maryland and
the District of Columbia. His court admissions include the U.S. Supreme
Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second, Third and Fourth Circuits, U.S.
Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. District Courts for the District of
